- Assigned Melita Project Manager creates and manages the entire migration project plan
- Coordinate and organize all parties involved, including vendors and other resources needed for a smooth and flawless migration
- Weekly status update calls/meetings
Technology Implementation
- Needs analysis and best practices recommendations
- Configuration of all modules, including HR, payroll, benefits, and time & attendance
- Build workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and all changes
- Build benefit plans and payroll deduction codes
- Implement e-verify and e-I9 modules
- Oversee set up of all carrier/vendor file feeds, including GL file
Payroll Migration & Process Implementation
- Migration of historical pay data to the new system

Post-implementation testing & audit
