  • Assist with evaluating and selecting alternative options: 1) Another PEO, 2) HR Outsourcing, 3) In-house.
  • Assigned Melita Project Manager creates and manages the entire migration project plan
  • Coordinate and organize all parties involved, including vendors and other resources needed for a smooth and flawless migration
  • Weekly status update calls/meetings
Technology Implementation
  • Needs analysis and best practices recommendations
  • Configuration of all modules, including HR, payroll, benefits, and time & attendance
  • Build workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and all changes
  • Build benefit plans and payroll deduction codes
  • Implement e-verify and e-I9 modules
  • Oversee set up of all carrier/vendor file feeds, including GL file
Payroll Migration & Process Implementation
